Give and Support
According to government figures, over 100,000 Iowa residents under the age of 64 have some form of physical or vision disability. Sport and recreation is something many of us take for granted, but for many in our state it is not a reality. Please help us secure these opportunities for enhanced quality of life for those we serve.
Donations and sponsorship provide Adaptive Sports Iowa with critical and consistent revenue sources that allow the organization to build capacity and/or respond quickly to changing conditions. This type of support helps us to do what we do best, provide quality sports and recreation opportunities to individuals who need it the most.
We invite you to invest in our work in ways that will position us for success throughout our next phase of growth and beyond. Your gift of any size does make a difference.
*Your gift may be eligible for a corporate matching program. Please check with your employer or contact us to explore next steps to increase the impact of your donation.
Charitable Raffles
Adaptive Sports Iowa organizes and facilitates two raffle opportunities annually. A charitable raffle is a great opportunity for supporters to play a game and support the mission of Adaptive Sports Iowa at the same time.
These opportunities include:
Adaptive Sports Iowa hosts a Split the Pot Raffle at all Iowa Wild home games. This game-day fundraiser provides fans the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets during all Iowa Wilds home games with live raffle taking place at the end of the 2nd intermission. One lucky fan will go home with half of the net proceeds and the other half will be donated to Adaptive Sports Iowa.
For the ASI 50/50 Raffle, one lucky winner will win 50% of the net proceeds raised. Individuals who participate in the raffle will also have a chance to win other prizes. The more tickets sold, the higher the jackpot will be. The remaining 50% of the jackpot will go towards costs associated with ASI’s mission of providing sports and recreation programs and events for Iowans with physical disabilities. The drawing takes place in December each year.
